Olim Bauda’s 2010 Barbera d’Asti Superiore Nizza is drop-dead gorgeous.Blackberry jam, graphite, melted road tar and cloves burst from the glass in an energetic, tense wine with energy and vibrancy to burn. A striking, stunningly beautiful wine, the 2010 has enough class to drink well for a number of years. This is a fabulous showing from Olim Bauda. 2014/2025.

The 2011 Barbera d’Asti Superiore Le Rocchette is a gorgeous, juicy wine to drink now and over the next few years. The 2001 stands out for its supple, gracious and totally inviting personality. Dark blackberries, flowers, violets and mint wrap around the vibrant, floral finish. The 2011 stands out for its persistence and fabulous sense of harmony. 2013/2019.
